Initiatives for International Dialogue (IID)
Initiatives for International Dialogue is a Davao City-based non-governmental organisation founded in 1988. It promotes peacebuilding, human rights and democratisation in Mindanao and across Southeast Asia through advocacy, dialogue and solidarity networks such as the Mindanao Peaceweavers and the Asia-Pacific Solidarity Coalition.
Mindanao Peacebuilding Institute
The Mindanao Peacebuilding Institute (MPI), based in Davao City, is a leading Asian training institution for peacebuilders. Since 2000 its Annual Peacebuilding Training has brought together practitioners from across Asia and the Pacific for intensive courses in conflict transformation, taught from a grassroots, Asian-rooted perspective, alongside customised trainings and a growing alumni network across the region.
