Project Ploughshares

Project Ploughshares is a Canadian peace research institute founded in 1976 and based in Waterloo, Ontario, operating as an agency of the Canadian Council of Churches. It conducts research and advocacy on the arms trade, nuclear disarmament, emerging military technologies including autonomous weapons, and outer space security, working to advance policies that prevent war and armed violence.
