Bonn International Centre for Conflict Studies
Como organización independiente y sin ánimo de lucro, el BICC (Bonn International Centre for Conflict Studies) se ocupa de una amplia gama de temas globales en el campo de la investigación sobre la paz y los conflictos. Nuestra visión es un mundo más pacífico. Nuestra misión es llevar a cabo una investigación crítica, orientada a la resolución de problemas y relevante para las políticas en respuesta a los problemas que plantea la violencia organizada. Para ello, mantenemos intercambios activos con académicos y políticos, así como con las partes interesadas en la práctica cotidiana y la sociedad civil. Como grupo de reflexión, el BICC busca entablar un diálogo con ONG, gobiernos, organizaciones privadas, institutos de investigación y universidades, así como con particulares interesados.

The Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg (IFSH) was founded in 1971 and is an independent entity operating as a civil law foundation. According to the charter, the aim of the institute’s work is to address security policy problems within the framework of peace research and, in doing so, fulfil the criteria for independent research and instruction, advancement of early career scholars and the publicising of research findings.
