University of Ibadan

Peace and Conflict Studies (Institute for Peace and Strategic Studies). The Peace and Conflict Studies programme at the University of Ibadan, established in 2000 in collaboration with the British Council and INCORE at Ulster University, is the flagship of peace and conflict studies in Nigeria and has seeded departments and centres across the country. Now housed in the Institute for Peace and Strategic Studies, the MA, MPhil and PhD programmes combine conflict resolution, peacebuilding and alternative dispute resolution with substantial field engagement.
